What are the requirements for a rental? The minimum rental age is 21 years old the renter must take a valid driver's license from his original country issued at least 2 years, credit card, CPF, RG or passport. Show the passport is mandatory for foreigners.
What happens if I return the car after the agreed time? One day rental is 24 hours. After that a new day will be charged.
Can I drop the car off at a different location than pick up? Yes you can. There is a drop off fee that can be checked through our Help Desk 0800 701 00 99.
Is any person allowed to drive a rental car? No, only authorized people on the rental agreement. They need to follow the mandatory requirements.
Must I return the car with full tank of gas? Yes, the car must return the same way as picked up, otherwise the renter will be charge of a refueling tax of 40%.
Is it possible to book a specific type of vehicle? No. The vehicles are booked for category and not for type
What are the payments options? The payment has to be done at drop off time, by credit card or cash.

Is it allowed to travel abroad using a rented car? No. It is not allowed.
Is it allowed to return the car out of hours?
